Skin Resurfacing

The procedure can be performed using a chemical peel or CO2 Laser to resurface the skin with impressive results either way. Skin resurfacing aims to improve skin tightness, fine lines, freckles, sunspots, scars and other small imperfection by stimulating the generation of new cells and more production of collagen and elastin. Certain skin resurfacing types may work better for different people depending on your specific skin tone. Regardless, everyone should prepare their skin for 3 to 6 weeks before the procedure to minimize the risk of increased pigmentation or sometimes white spots after surgery.
